How am I registering to HalloBabysitter.de as a parent, when I am searching a care giver?

Please use the following link to enter the registration form for families

Please give your email adress and password there and send the form. You will receive an email with an activation link in return. By clicking the activation link you will activate your account.

After you activated your account you can create job offers and get access to the dashboard of your account.

How can I get in contact with care givers?

HalloBabysitter.de provides care giver profilest hat you can reach by using the babysitter search. If you create a job offer it is displayed in the job search and registered care givers have the chance to apply to it. To write messages to care givers or read their applications you will need to activate a premium membership. See Pricing for details.

What is a premium membership?

HalloBabysitter.de provides two kinds of memberships for families. If you are registering to our service you have a free membership.

The free membership for families contains:

  • view provider profiles
  • bookmark favourite provider profiles
  • create job offers
  • view applicants´ provider profiles
  • get email service about new providers

The access to the message function is reliable to costs for families and only possible after activating a premium membership.

The premium membership also contains:

  • given phone number of providers are visible
  • answer applications to own job offers
  • send messages to care providers

What does a premium memberhip cost?

We offer the following premium memberhsips:

  • Basis: 10 days (subscription) for 14,99 €
  • Standard: 30 days (subscription) for 29,99 €
  • Komfort: 90 days (subscription) for 59,99 €
  • Komfort PLUS: 365 days for 134,99 €

(All prices including VAT.) These payment types are possible:

  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa)
  • SEPA direct debit
  • PayPal (access Komfort PLUS only)

Accesses Basis, Standard und Komfort are recurring subscriptions. They are renewed for the particular period, if not cancelled.

How can I cancel the premium membership?

You can cancel your premium memberhip any time by clicking the link manage account in the dashboard of your account or by using the contact form on the website.
