You’ll find carer profiles via the babysitter search. Actively contacting carers is available from Premium — it lets you view phone numbers, send messages and manage applications.

There are three plans: Basis is free forever — create an account, post a request, browse carers. Premium (€29 / month) unlocks unlimited contact. Premium Plus (€149 / month) additionally takes over the matching for you — including a replacement if your childcare falls through.

Premium costs €29 / month, Premium Plus €149 / month — both cancel monthly with no minimum term, all prices incl. VAT. You can pay by credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal.

Any time, effective at the end of the month — with one click in your account under “Settings”. Alternatively by e-mail or via the cancellation button in your account.

Yes — under certain conditions childcare costs can be claimed as special expenses on your German tax return. We recommend consulting a tax advisor about your specific situation.
