Layer 1

Manual review: for every item

An automated pre-check holds back obvious problems right away. After that, our team personally reads every babysitter profile and every parent request: only with that approval does the "in review" notice disappear. Inconsistent details, inappropriate content or wrong locations are removed without exception.

In addition, members can confirm their identity with an ID check. You can see what has been verified right on the profile, honestly labelled:

No platform can fully vet people. Anyone who promises that isn't being honest. That's why we tell you openly what to look out for yourself. On both sides.

For parents

before care starts

Meet first, then book: a meeting of the three of you or a video call before you leave them alone.
Ask for references: good babysitters are happy to talk about previous families.
Look for the verified badge: and if in doubt, ask about the ID check.
No advance payments to individuals: you pay babysitters only for care already provided. Your membership is paid only to us, never via links in chat.
Trust your gut: if something doesn't feel right, cancel. There are plenty of profiles.

For babysitters

before you accept a job

First meeting in a good place: during the day, ideally somewhere public, or via video call.
Tell someone about it: share the address and time of the first appointment with someone you trust.
Agree the terms up front: put the hourly rate, times and tasks in writing in the chat.
No private details too early: address and phone number only once things get concrete.
Your gut feeling counts too: you may decline any request without giving a reason.
